Luth Research Reports 50% Revenue Growth

Luth Research reported a 50% increase in revenues in 2010 and added 47 full-time employees, despite continued tough economic conditions. Launched in 1977, Luth Research has grown from a one-woman company to being included in Inc. magazine’s top-5000 listing of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

The notable growth in 2010 followed one of the company’s most challenging years in 2009. Luth Research’s President  and CEO, Roseanne Luth, stated, “While 2009 was a difficult business environment, Luth management rolled up its sleeves, managed costs, streamlined operations and heavily invested in innovative products and services to meet our clients’ needs.” The actions taken in 2009 helped position Luth Research for exceptional success in 2010.

One result of the company’s investment in new products was the development of ZQ Intelligence™, a permission-based online tracking tool. ZQ Intelligence uses proprietary tracking technology to monitor  online and mobile actions and it integrates this data with survey and transactional data. The combined data provides companies with a complete, customizable and continue digital life story of its customers and prospects.

ZQ Intelligence has generated a great deal of excitement internally and among its client base. According to Roseanne, “The sales team’s enthusiasm about ZQ Intelligence, combined with their focus on honest communication with clients and the added value we offer them, enabled us to achieve 50% growth in 2010.” Luth will to continue to leverage additional new products this year.

“While we are still collecting research data, we are doing it in new and unique ways that will provide an enhanced, holistic view of consumers. We’re continuing to add capabilities to our products and we’re doing whatever it takes to satisfy our clients’ changing needs,” said Roseanne.
